How the scan ran
CIRCPACK auditors paired desk reviews against the RecyClass paper-and-board and beverage-carton guidelines with sample operational sorting tests in MRFs across the Benelux, Iberian, and DACH markets. The fee projection used the live tables in the CIRCPACK EPR register and modelled the impact of each candidate redesign against the projected eco-modulation rules.
Six weeks from kickoff to a ranked report covering all 312 SKUs. Tetra Pak packaging engineering used the ranking to scope the 2027 redesign roadmap.
