(Non-)executive Masterclass

A Masterclass for boards and senior leadership: a concise briefing on household packaging design, recycling, EPR and packaging legislation, adjusted in content and tone to the audience in the room. We have delivered boardroom presentations for some of the world’s largest companies.

What it covers:

• Collection and sorting: how household packaging is collected and sorted across European systems, and the technologies behind each.
• Reprocessing, design and certification: what happens to each material in reprocessing, where design choices limit it, and the guidelines and certification schemes that govern each material (RecyClass, CERTIFY, RECY:CHECK).
• Extended Producer Responsibility: how EPR works, how fees are calculated, how eco-modulation translates recyclability into a fee level, and where the country-by-country differences are material.

The “(Non-)executive” in the name is deliberate: the session works for executive and non-executive board members alike.
