Tailored Masterclass

Do you have specific questions on packaging recyclability, EPR or packaging legislation? We tailor a presentation or workshop to your needs.

What does tailored mean?

Tailored means we build an educational presentation or workshop around your needs: the specific questions or knowledge gaps your team has around household packaging recycling, packaging design, EPR and packaging legislation.

The spine of every session:

  • Recycling: how household packaging is collected, sorted and reprocessed across the relevant markets, what the operational reality is on the MRF floor, and where the system limits design choices. Drawn from CIRCPACK auditors’ day-to-day work inside Veolia’s collection, sorting and reprocessing infrastructure.
  • Extended Producer Responsibility: how EPR schemes work in the markets your team ships to, how fees are calculated, how eco-modulation translates recyclability into a fee level, and where the country-by-country differences are material to portfolio cost.
  • Packaging legislation: the regulations that drive the rest: the EU PPWR, the German VerpackG and Mindeststandard, the UK pEPR and RAM, country-specific labelling rules, the EU’s tightening rules on environmental claims, and how they interact with the recyclability and EPR picture.

Beyond the spine. Where your team has a question that sits outside or across these topics, we extend the session to it. For example:

  • A packaging format that failed a certification audit, and the design changes that would move it through the next one
  • An executive briefing on the cost trajectory of EPR fees across a defined set of markets
  • A regulatory deep-dive on a single Member State
  • A board or non-executive briefing on PPWR and the regulatory exposure the company carries today
  • A green-claim review for marketing and legal, ahead of a campaign that references recyclability or recycled content

How to engage. Reach out with a short brief: who the audience is, what they need to know, and the format that works for the team. We come back with a session outline and the supporting materials before any work starts. The Masterclass can be delivered online across four sessions, or in person as a half-day or full-day workshop.
