What it is
SAP Responsible Design and Production (RDP) gives brand owners a single environment in which to manage EPR fees, packaging taxes and PPWR reporting. Recyclability data from third-party assessments feeds directly into the platform to support eco-modulation, fee calculation and compliance documentation.
CIRCPACK provides the recyclability inputs the system requires. Results from RecyClass, CERTIFY and RECY:CHECK assessments are delivered in a format SAP RDP can ingest, so the recyclability fields your reports read from carry accredited assessment results rather than internal estimates.
Inputs: a packaging specification, PDF or CSV. One packaging format or a whole portfolio.
Outputs: a recyclability score plus a deltas report against the RecyClass tables, with every flag tied to a specific design-guideline reference your engineers can act on.
Triage, not a certificate. SAP assessments do not replace a certificate: they let packaging teams triage portfolio decisions while certificates run in parallel for the SKUs that need them.
